Organization: Keeping everything accessible at any point of time and being neat when doing work

Scenario:

Over the years, you have not been able to attend or participate in many advanced courses due to the fact that you have misplaced the test results which you absolutely need in order attend the program. Now, your "habits" of misplacing things are getting worse, and homework seems to "not be there" when you turn to hand it in to the teacher. Thanks to your disorganization, you are not able to show everyone your true "smarts". WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

Of course, many people have trouble with organization, but a leader can NEVER succeed without being able to access anything, anytime. A leader should set an example of how important organization is, not have such a cluttered room in which they cannot even find a pen to write with.
